Molecular Clouds in the Galactic Plane from l = [59.°75, 74.°75] and b = [−5.°25, +5.°25]

Abstract In this paper we present the distribution of molecular gas in Milky Way Galactic plane from l = [59.75, 74.75]° and b [−5.25, +5.25]°, using MWISP 12 CO/ 13 CO/C 18 O emission-line data. The region can be mainly attributed to Local Spur, Arm, Perseus arm, Outer arm. Statistics physical properties each such as excitation temperature, optical depth, column density, are presented. Using DBSCAN algorithm, identified 15 extremely distant clouds with kinematic distances 14.72−17.77 kpc masses 363−520 M ⊙ , which find could part Scutum–Centaurus (OSC) arm by Dame & Thaddeus Sun et al. It is also possible that these constitute an independent structure between OSC arms or a spur. Two Gaussian components exist vertical spiral These two correspond giant filaments parallel plane. We upward warping displacement around 270 pc respect midplane.
